FAQ: General Questions​
- I provide services for people aged 18+, no exceptions. Valid ID is required at the time of service.
- By law I cannot offer tooth gem removals. You must contact a dentist or orthodontist for removal if you wish them to come off prior to how they would naturally.
- Tooth gems must be applied to real, healthy teeth only (no veneers, no dentures), and are not for anyone that wears Invisalign or plastic retainers/night guards.
- For health reasons, tooth gems cannot be "tried on."
- Most tooth gems last months to years.
- I offer a 3 month warranty in the event of a new tooth gem falling off; after that timeframe a new deposit and appointment must be made.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under any circumstances.
FAQ: 18k White or Yellow Gold Gems​
- Most 18k gold tooth gems are limited to special orders, meaning I do not carry them in stock and need to order per appointment unless stated otherwise. Contact me for my current inventory!
- All 18k Gold gems are final sale, meaning a new design cannot be chosen unless a new appointment and deposit is made. Please wait until you are positive about your design before booking!
- In the event the gem you selected is out of stock, you will be asked for your second choice or your appointment may be rescheduled until the gem becomes available.
- Tooth gem reapplication is only available for 18k gold pieces, if still in your possession. After the 3 month warranty, there will be a $30 fee for reapplication. If the gem is not in your possession, a fee for a new gem applies.
